We have a different announcement for you today on short notice!

This Sat. Dec, 20th we will be doing an “Open-House” / “Garage Sale” at the Where-House.

As the regulars here, you should know already that we are open from 11AM - 4PM roughly.

That said, if you are receiving this, feel free to email us back or DM us on Instagram if you want to arrange a different date/time to pickup a few last minute holiday gifts!

(If a reminder is needed, we are located at 2491 Lakeshore BLVD W.)

As we have been leading on, the Where-House will always be evolving and growing. 🎉

This open-house is another evolution in our plans for the future. Sadly, Paddy & Bayley have both been rushed for the holiday season with their own personal lives and this is why you are receiving this update with quite a bit of tardiness.

Over the previous relations we have shared, both in-person & via email, we have been doing our best to elaborate on what our objectives are with this business. Naturally, this has grown over-time.

Originally, we did perceive the auctionhouse to be our primary source of income whilst we provide our ethical junk removal services to the local GTA community to function as a financial crutch for The Where-House to thrive.

Through our trial-by-error we have found that this strategy needs to be flipped so we may successfully execute our goals while maintaining our moral integrity of why we do this.

Thus, we are hoping to add a few more of these open-house days in 2026 to assist in liquidating our product before it goes to auction.

We have lots of exciting news to come in January but we write this in the hope of providing some clarity to our dedicated supporters as we learn our lessons about our business as we walk this winding road we call life.

In the theme of clarity, as of now, our outlets are:

1. Ethical Junk Removal & Downsizing services for private clients
2. Hosting clearance auctions on MaxSold
3. Hosting premium auctions on Hi-Bid
4. Open-house days at the Where-House
5. eBay sales for products with international market demand
6. Attending markets in person
7. Hosting extreme discount auctions on WhatNot before products are donated
8. Finally, the occasional Facebook Marketplace sale.

All said and done, as much as we dream. We gotta make a living.

If you’ve met us and made it this far, you well know that our ultimate purpose is providing our items a home where they will be appreciated. Many of our sales outlets offer discounted prices because of this.

Now comes the sentimental part. We are grateful for those who have subscribed to this newsletter and offered their continued interest in our vision for what this may become. As we head into 2026, we are hoping that you loyal recipients of this e-newsletter understand the true intentions behind what we do.
