I don’t know about you, but adulting can suck sometimes 🤷

The Where-House is driven by our dreams, that said, artistry alone can’t bring you success. We live in a capitalist world and that means there are times you need to buckle down in order to get on top of the boring dirty work.

It’s not a revelation by any means. We just thought it might be relatable to y’all. Whether an artist, tradesperson, or working in a more “traditional” office role - there are always going to be aspects to your work that don’t exactly bring you joy.

At the Where-House, this is our conundrum as well. It has been wonderful living in a flow state that has allowed us to get our footing in this industry and meet folks like those subscribed to this e-newsletter. However, it’s time to put on the big boy pants. We are working to get these grand ideas on paper so that our dreams aren’t stuck in the clouds.

It is humbling though. Just as any rewarding relationship, the exhausting low moments allow you to enjoy the invigorating parts.

We have been teasing alot of this growth over the past few updates and we hope that when you visit in person you will be able to see the change on our end after you win a few auction lots!
