As with our local auctions, we are partnering with Maxsold. The closing date is Thurs, Nov 27th & pickup is on Sun, Nov 30th.

Well, it’s about the time of year for us to say it. Looks like it’s gonna be “New Year, New Us”. 😇

You may have read the recent email about Bayley trying out a different auction platform called What Not. He has been operating under his brand, @Grandmas_Deadstock, offering liquidation prices on some of our inventory.

Some of y’all have attended damn near each of our auctions and probably noticed trends like we did. VHS, clothing, sets of books and other various items seem to have issues finding a new home through MaxSold. Our mission is to ethically rehome the products we acquire, so this is simply another outlet for us to reach (literally) all of Canada with the idea of helping other resellers who have the audience that would love these pieces!

Don’t worry, that doesn’t mean we are going to be leaving the wonderful locals who have been with us since we launched our business. If you were to ask Paddy, you are the most integral part of our business!

We still plan to operate our local auctions nearly monthly. Depending on how things work out for us this coming December, you may need to expect our next local auction to occur in January 2026.

You may have to wait for your next auction, BUT with that said, you can also expect us to be finishing up our professional and public-facing materials very shortly! This is why we are on the vibes of “New Year, New us”.

No longer are we gonna be “the guys whose email you have”. Soon, we will be following up with a website that will include price sheets, our mission statement, and all of the links needed to let people know about the services we offer.

Now, let us be clear. We have no expectations for y’all to be our speakerphones. Your continued support allows us to dream big, and we simply like sharing our visions in these little updates.
