FIFA Traffic Closures 🛑

Good Morning,

We are continuing with our open-house sale today at the Where-House, HOWEVER, we did make a scheduling hiccup.

It is important that you know there are road closures related to the FIFA match today. Please be aware of the following if you are planning to drive to our location at 2491 Lakeshore Blvd. W. between 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Delays for this event are extremely unpredictable and can delay your travel time by hours if you do not plan appropriately.

🛑 Major Match Day Road Closures

• Lake Shore Blvd. West: Closed from Bathurst Street to British Columbia Road
• Strachan Ave.: Fully closed from Lake Shore Boulevard West to East Liberty Street. Two east-side lanes remain open between Lake Shore and Fleet Street for Enercare Centre parking access
• Dufferin St.: Closed from Springhurst Avenue to Saskatchewan Road. Only local traffic is permitted between Springhurst Avenue and King Street West.
• Fleet St.: Closed from Angelique Street to Strachan Avenue (open only to TTC transit vehicles).

The safest & easiest route is to take the 501 streetcar headed west, all the way to the junction where it ends. From there, you hop on the Long Branch streetcar line for a short 10 minutes. The Mimico St. stop, which we recommend you exit at, is right beside our location!

If this is a major deterrent, please keep your eyes open for more emails from us. We will secure our next open-house dates as soon as possible.

In a poetic irony, Paddy is dealing with a family emergency and will not be in attendance today. Fortunately, Bayley is back & available to meet you today! Just please forgive how sleepy he may be from a long journey.

Thank you very much for your patience,
