Good Afternoon,

This is your personal welcome letter to our eclectic little community.

You are receiving this email because you signed up while attending The Where-House studio space at 15 Adrian Ave in Toronto - either during an auction pickup or at one of our weekly open-house sessions.

Sorry to tell ya, you are stuck with us now… 😂

First & Foremost, We Are Downsizing Consultants and Ethical Junk Removal Specialists.

Everything After That is How We Express Ourselves As Creatives.

We wanted to remind you exactly what we are about here - we are quite aware that we aren’t your average pair of bears. Firstly, our most active digital catalogue can be found on eBay located at this following link:

As with any grand dream, it can be difficult to put words to it. Our best recommendation would be to tune into our live streams and content across social platforms to get a clear picture.

We stream weekly on Youtube, Twitch & Kick under Bayley’s @Narley_Media pseudonym.

Otherwise, if you were to give an elevator pitch of what we do, we’d explain it as:

• A focus on Ethical Junk Removal
• Downsizing Consultation
• Home Organizing
• & Helping Folks with Change

All while building a community around diverting unwanted stuffs from the landfill.

Our Curiosity is Your Best Friend & A Valuable Service

We have a vision that is backed by more than a few ‘just causes’. More importantly, both Paddy & Bayley have a deep passion to ensure the stories behind these items live on.

1. We believe in a vision of doing our best to mitigate the amount of waste we collectively make as a society.
2. We strive to create educational content. Much of what we come across are odd pieces or rare little treats which deserve better storytelling.
3. We do our best to recycle & repurpose products wherever we can.
4. We deeply - VERY deeply - believe what we are doing combats our community’s demand for consumerism.

All in all, it's not about how much money we make through reselling the products; it is about how The Where-House can assist no matter where you are in life or what baggage you have been carrying around.

Finally, BUT, damn near as importantly - we are a part of a larger community.

We are currently working on a site map of the facility, but, it is an unbelievable honour to be able to participate in a commercial space which has more than 160+ other artist studios. Let alone the beauty of adding our own little contributions to the historical context behind this space & what it meant to the Toronto West neighbourhood in the past.

Soon, we will follow up with a detailed list of all of our friends at 15 Adrian Ave. For now, we want to give a shout-out to our friends at Vers Cafe who provide an amazing point of access for all of y’all - and tbh - we wouldn’t have found this space without them.

Independently owned & embedded with decades of Toronto experience, even if you don’t stop by to visit us, be sure to grab some quality brew from them.
