Paddy & Bayley have their first auction of the year live now! We couldn't be more excited to start 2025 with a great spread of products.

We are hosting it on Maxsold, with a closing date of Thurs, Jan. 23rd and pickup on Sun, Jan. 26th.

In this auction, you will find inventory from our VERY FIRST collaboration with a realtor who we assisted with our ethical junk removal services.

As we start 2025 with a strong first auction, we’ve been reflecting on our growth since starting the Where-House in Fall 2024. Fortunately, we have been able to expand our relationship with Maxsold and our new residential clients after only a few short months of operation.

Thanks to the help of folks like you, we've rehomed a large amount of our existing inventory and passed on the good favour to individuals/families who want to find an appreciative home for their unwanted stuff.

We mentioned it above, but, this auction was our first collaboration with a good-willed realtor who had to empty an estate. Instead of hiring a traditional junk removal company, he called us to help process any contents that shouldn’t be sent into the landfill.

This business is in its developmental phase, and, this is just one of the acquisition paths we have in mind. It is a beautiful opportunity to breathe new life and stories into items while also doing our part to mitigate even more of our societal waste.
